Currently the Estate Housing building market is booming, and Dopina Africa is involved with everything from drafting architect's plans for new developments to doing the physical construction and interior decorating.
Dopina Africa utilises the local resources to the maximum, employing area-specific labourers and making use of local building supply companies. Thus, Dopina Africa fulfills its obligation to better the local communities in any way possible.

This development in Blue Valley Estate is our newest residential project. The plans and 3D models have been completed and construction is set to begin February 2014.
